Legal entity name

Tax ID (EIN)
9-digit Federal EIN (Employer Identification Number) of the tax-exempt organization.
Bank details
US bank account in the legal name of the 501(c)(3), plus a recent bank statement.
Non-California address
You must be registered outside California, due to current regulatory requirements.
State registration
Your nonprofit’s registration number from the state where it is incorporated.
