A space for female entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and access real resources—your support helps build stronger businesses and community.
We’re building the Rosé & Hustle Hub, a dedicated space for female entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow together.
My Backstory & How This Organization Started
With over two decades as an entrepreneur, I’ve had a lot of experience navigating the challenges that come with owning a business. Over those years, I had quickly learned that one of the the most difficult parts is navigating it all alone.
I was exhausted, unsure where to go for support, and often didn’t know who to ask when I needed help. Even at networking events, I left feeling more frustrated than fulfilled, struggling to meet people who truly understood what I was navigating. That experience is what led to the vision for Rosé & Hustle in 2019, with the intention of building the kind of community I had been missing.
As that vision developed, it eventually led to our first in-person networking event in March 2023, bringing that idea into real life for the first time.
I created Rosé & Hustle because I knew I couldn’t be the only one feeling that way. I wanted to build a space where women didn’t have to figure everything out alone. A place where turning a vision into a profitable, sustainable business felt possible, and where success didn’t come at the cost of burnout. Because you can’t run a business if you’re run down.
The Next Phase & the Hub Vision
What started as only networking events has grown into something bigger. We've added founder-led workshops and resources. Now, we have a vision for a permanent home where women don’t have to search for connection, education, and resources, but can find it all in one place.
The Hub will be a 1,000+ square foot space designed for coworking, workshops, content creation, and wellness. It will include an affordable podcast and production studio, flexible event space, shared business resources, and programming that supports both business growth and personal well-being. From financial strategy sessions and branding panels to content creation days and wellness programming, the goal is to support the full experience of being a female business owner.
Where Will the Funds Go?
The funds we raise will go directly toward securing and operating the space for its first year. This includes rent, utilities, and the essential setup needed to make it fully functional from day one. This allows us to focus on building strong programming, supporting our members, and making the space accessible to the wider community.
This is not just about opening a space. It is about supporting female entrepreneurs as they build, grow, and sustain their businesses with real resources and real community behind them.
