DISBAR ALL LAWYERS (make everyone equal in court): COURTS ARE THE PLACES WHERE EQUALITY MATTERS THE MOST, BUT EXISTS THE LEAST, ANYWHERE.
This project is one disbarred lawyer's quest to disbar the entire practice of law: TO GIVE EVERYONE EQUAL STANDING BEFORE THE LAW, IN COURT AND IN SOCIETY---LAWYERS OPERATE AS AN ILLEGAL ELITE, A CONSTITUTIONALLY FORBIDDEN CLASS OF NOBILITY OR CASTE WHO CONTROL and EXERCISE ALL POLITICAL AUTHORITY OVER THE LAW IN COURT and elsewhere.
FIRST AMENDMENT FREEDOMS ARE MOST HEAVILY CENSORED IN COURT---we want to Secure Freedom of Speech, Assembly & Petition without SUPPRESSION.
TO LICENSE FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND THE RIGHT TO PETITION IS TO CENSOR, CURTAIL, AND SUPPRESS ALL RIGHTS
Lawyers and Judges cooperate consistently to repress freedom of speech in Court. The state-bar licensing of attorneys and the selection of judges (primarily) from the state-bar monopoly has become a major barrier to the development and evolution of ideas concerning the law in America. State Bar Licensing operates as a constitutional infringement on the exercise of all First Amendment Freedoms in Court.
The suppression of First Amendment freedoms in Court unavoidably leads to the violation of every other constitutionally express, enumerated right and all of the unenumerated, reserves rights of the people. "Legal Professionalism" has become a code-word for censorship and disregard of the rights and the will of the people, which are all but entirely prohibited in Court.
MY DISBARMENT WAS FIRST STEP TOWARDS MY MAJOR REVOLUTIONARY IDEA: A NEW BIRTH OF FREEDOM BY DISBARMENT OF THE PRACTICE OF LAW
The organizer of this Crowd-funding project (Charles Edward Lincoln, III) is a disbarred attorney, who originally lost his license after filing seven civil rights lawsuits against Police Brutality in Texas. Since then he has been disbarred coast-to-coast but has continued his fight because, as he says, HIS LEGAL EDUCATION ONLY BEGAN THE DAY HE WAS DISBARRED---THE DAY HE BECAME AN OPPRESSED OUTSIDER IN HIS OWN COUNTY.
THIS CROWD-FUNDING WILL SUPPORT A MUCH LARGER FUNDRAISING---a NATIONWIDE CRUSADE TO DISBAR THE PRACTICE OF LAW---BECAUSE ONLY WHEN ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL IN COURT, CAN ALL PEOPLE EVER REALLY BE EQUAL UNDER THE LAW.
