After a period of being homeless,

I had a dream to open a food truck, 20222

That dream became reality. So now we are expanding but lack the funds for renovations. My goal is open a Cajun and creole market it will be the first and only market in a predominantly military town. Being a native from Louisiana my goal is to bring the experience to North Carolina ; our culture and food. The Cajun market will offer all of the goodies you can find in New Orleans and next door there will be a restaurant piggy back off of my food trailer. My food trailer is growing and have won several awards within a few years of operation. The goal is somebody become a franchise. You can google my story from homeless to owning a food trailer.
