My water heater is fried 🥲

I need to completely replace my water heater. I only have cold water, and no water coming out of my bathtub faucet.

Honestly I'm so emotionally exhausted. 

All I want to be able to do is provide for my daughter's and for them to have the best. I can't provide that in this situation which is dire - The house I live in has a tankless water heater, it's completely fried and needs replaced immediately. 

 I don't know if since it's tankless or not but without hot water, my bathtub provides zero water at all so showers and baths aren't an option. I have to have the hot tap running in the bathroom for the bath to function for some reason. I've never seen a house like this. It was installed when I moved in and if you'd like I can explain why I'm still living here and how it's my responsibility to maintain the house as a renter. (I'm not going to SAY I was taken advantage of as a single mom, but if the shoe fits..)

 This repair just came at the most unfortunate time. (Get this, yesterday 7/20/26, was one of the worst days.) 

First I was hit with car issues - had to leave it at work totally fine, whatever. Then this water heater fiasco - definitely not ideal at in the slightest. And finally our 11 year old cat had a seizure. I couldn't take her to the emergency vet, I didn't have a way to get her there. My car was at work...She passed away in my arms. I'm still gutted. I'm crying typing this. I'm adding a picture of her in honor and in sorrow.
