Love Offering for Austin & Megan

Join us in surrounding Austin and Megan with love, prayer, and support through a love offering as they navigate this difficult season.

Austin and Megan are facing an incredibly difficult and uncertain season as they prepare to welcome their baby girl, Josie Claire Davis, lovingly known as “Jo Jo.”

At their 20-week ultrasound, they learned that Josie has a rare birth defect called an occipital encephalocele, a condition in which part of her brain has developed outside her skull. Her case is severe, and she will require brain surgery shortly after birth at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Josie’s delivery, surgery, and anticipated NICU care will take place in Philadelphia, potentially requiring Austin and Megan to temporarily relocate with an uncertain timeline. Her doctors have shared that her survival is not guaranteed, and many unknowns remain about her future.

As they navigate this heartbreaking news, Austin and Megan are holding on to their faith, trusting God with Josie’s life, and preparing to fight for their little girl.

As their small group, we want to come together and rally behind them during this difficult season. We want to do more than pray from a distance; we want to show our love through tangible support.

We are organizing a love offering to help alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with travel, temporary lodging, meals, transportation, household bills, and other expenses as they prepare for Josie’s birth, surgery, and NICU stay.

Every contribution, regardless of the amount, is an opportunity to remind this family that they are not walking through this journey alone. Our hope is to ease some of the practical stress so they can focus on their children, Josie’s care, and the days ahead.

We stand on the truth of Isaiah 41:10, trusting that God will strengthen, uphold, and sustain them through every unknown.
