Aim

We are raising money for living expenses and to get a lawyer to sue Domino's for discrimination and wrongful termination.

In January of this year, my husband was robbed and assaulted while at work. He is a delivery driver for Domino's, and he was trying to deliver a pizza, we later found out it was a bogus order to get a driver there. He was held at gunpoint, robbed, and then hit in the face with the butt of the gun. Thankfully, he escaped with minor injuries but developed a pretty severe case of PTSD. At that point, the decision was made to tian his current in-home service dog, trained for anxiety assistance and ADHD response, for public access work. On June 17th, 2025, he formally requested that his service dog accompany him to work. He also provided the company with the relevant laws regarding service dogs in his type of workplace. He was immediately put on unpaid leave, pending an acceptance of his request. He was also told he would be getting back pay once his request was approved. He has provided all requested documentation, and despite multiple letters, emails, and calls, offering solutions and notifying corporate of the issue, he still isn't back at work. I am on disability so our income has been severely impacted by this, and we are now out of savings, and friends and family are tapped out. We have set up this page to ask for help with our bills and legal fees to sue Domino's since they have refused to work with us on resolving this issue. UPDATE: Domino's has decided to terminate Bryan's employment and cited the service dog and "food code" as reasons, although the food code they cited actually stated that service dogs are the only exceptions as long as proper hand sanitation was followed. We will be filing with the EEOC, then filing civil suit.
