Aim
The aim of this project is to help Pineapple's Foodservice and Events update catering equipment and supplies.
Hello, I'm Corisa Lewis bka Pine. I am the owner of Pineapple's Foodservice and Events in Nashville, TN. I specialize in eclectic soul food, where i take traditional soul food and add different spices, herbs and seasoning from my travels and experiences around the globe. I use vegetables and micro greens from local Farmer's markets and farms nearby. I use sustainable and fresh products when shopping for my meats and other food items. I've catered weddings, graduations, corporate events dinner for two and much more. I host themed dinner parties and pop-up marketplaces. I am also a bartender and event planner. I also do plate lunches weekly with a rotating menu. Consultation for all services except the plate lunches are required. 🍍🍍
