Why am I still receiving donations after my project has ended?

The Always On feature allows Crowdfunder projects to keep collecting donations even after the official campaign has ended. When a project is in Always On mode, you’ll see a green icon showing its status.

Who is Always On for?

Always On is perfect for projects that want to stay live on Crowdfunder and continue receiving donations after their main campaign. It’s a great way to make the most of ongoing traffic to your page and build long-term support.

When can I launch (or re-launch) an Always On project?

You can enable Always On when you first set up your project. If your campaign is successful, it will automatically switch to Always On when it ends.

  • Keep What You Raise: Your project is considered successful if it receives any donations.
  • All or Nothing: You must meet your fundraising goal by the deadline for the project to be successful and eligible for Always On.

How do I enable Always On for my live project?

To turn on Always On for a live project:

  1. Go to the Manage section of your project dashboard.
  2. Select Enable Always On.

If your project ends successfully, it will automatically continue accepting donations in Always On mode.

Projects that ended successfully within the last two weeks can also enable Always On from the Manage section to take advantage of post-campaign traffic.

When will I receive the money?

You’ll receive donations after a 7-day processing period. After that, funds are paid out either weekly or monthly, depending on your chosen payout schedule. You can update your payout frequency in the Payouts section of your dashboard.

How do I turn off my project?

To stop accepting donations:

  • Log in to your project dashboard.
  • Click on Manage.
  • Select Close and stop accepting pledges.

This will successfully close your project and prevent any future donations.
