Developed and implemented yearly business plans and forecasts and managed deliverables and reporting. Drove the e-commerce effort by directly managing the online ecommerce platform, including but not limited to optimization, user interface and user journey management, SEO, lead generation, subscribers acquisition and active sales conversion.
