The goal of the fund is to create more affordable housing, through the acquisition of banked owned REO's and redevelopment them with the highest construction standards. This is to provide the best homes for the future homeowners. This is my second real estate fund which was founded through the support of some Silicon Valley angels, family offices, successful entrepreneurs and sophisticated long term investors.
