Directly managing team of 15 excluding client/external resources. Scope includes conversion of 1200 gas and electric customers from a legacy system to a new Windows based client/server CIS system. This involved application customizations to support complex billing rates/tariffs and a web based ASP.NET solution for the client self service functions. Other components include data warehouse integration, reports and interfaces.
