We work with CEOs, VCs, high-level executives on key strategy and branding initiatives, as well as on identifying complex operational, process-oriented or personnel matters that are impeding growth. I am a direct, no-holds-barred East Coast guy from NJ who combines intellectual heft with street smarts. I tell you what you need to know -- not necessarily what you want to hear -- and how to fix it. And, yes, I can be very diplomatic when the occasion calls for it, but accelerating your company's growth or arresting its decline call not for decorum and political correctness, but for the truth.
