Karl Brustmeyer is a social entrepreneur that resides outside of Greensboro, NC. He currently serves as President of Itria Solutions. He is a Fellow with Green For All and a graduate from New Horizons school of technology in Networking, CCNA and Microsoft Office Technologies, Business Administration from University of Phoenix, American Management Assocation program in Strategic Leadership, United Way Project Board Room Development. Karl has 6 years of experience serving on several boards as an advisor in economic development, advocacy and organizational development. He has been instrumental in taking a holistic view in problem-solving, planning and developing sustainable programs that addresses needs within the community. He has also helped mentor many small businesses and organizations in best practices of leveraging internet technology, innovative social programs to showcase and promote there business/organizational objectives. Through his involvement in local community advocacy he has effectively coordinated the activities for minority groups to access large grant awards, and state and local city government contracts. He was also instrumental in 1st time ever hiring of a HUB coordinator for the Guilford county school system creating 1000's of jobs for local minorities. Karl believes in empowering youth thru public policy, technology and education. He is currently Vice President of The United Carribbean Association. He is also a member of NC Black Leadership Caucas, NAACP and National Association of Young Black Elected Officials.
