Bill St. John is the CFO of ELF Homes, Inc. His responsibilities include overall management and strategy. Bill brings over 25 years of investment management experience to the company. He holds FINRA series 66 and series 7 registrations and is a registered representative of Growth Capital Services, Inc. Mr. St. John has extensive alternative investment experience with advanced training in real estate investment from the CCIM Institute. Mr. St. John holds a B.S. from Seattle University and an M.S from Ohio State University. Bill brings a wealth of experience in intellectual property protection, licensing, corporate partnerships, strategic planning, due diligence, venture financing, corporate development and management of diverse teams and operations. Over his career, he has completed over 30 successful private placement offerings and has extensive training in real estate investments. He has pioneered a variety of innovative investment strategies including Research and Development Limited Partnerships, Reverse Mergers, Environmental Remediation Investments, Real Estate Retirement Accounts and specialized PIPE Offerings. In addition, Bill is an expert in Intellectual Property Valuation and Due Diligence. He previously served as Managing Director of the University Fund, a private equity fund. Over his career, Mr. St. John has managed four successful technology companies and a variety of direct investments. These include (i) serving as CEO of Scolr Pharma, which he took public, and (ii) serving as CEO of Ecova Environmental Fund, that was sold to Amoco Oil in 1989.
