Daniel has been a visionary on the untapped power of technology to engage and transform since existed when he first got his hands on a calculator and started building games and apps on them when he was 7. Before the public Internet, Daniel founded the most popular online community, Inner Circle. He was the technical leader on the legendary video game SimCity when he was 22. Daniel founded and lead Total Entertainment Network (TEN) one of the first online gaming communities which bought by the games powerhouse Electronic Arts (EA) and is still running as POGO.com. Daniel was on the public board of Netcom, the first internet company to go public and began his angel investing career in 1997 with Ellie Mae, which went public in 2011. Daniel has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Berkeley, and studied post-baccalaureate cognitive neuroscience at Columbia.
