Pete's entire career has revolved around implementing Lean. He has done this in roles ranging from Line Manufacturing Engineer to Operations Executive. Most recently his focus has been on Knowledge transfer with Client Partners and teaching them to be self sufficient in their Lean Skills. Pete has lead over 400 Kaizen workshops with extensive work in the United States and parts of Europe. The industries in which he has helped companies implement Lean Business Systems include Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, Heavy Machinery, Packaging, Electronics, Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare and many others.
