Manages all aspects of structured debt financing across all property types including retail, multi-family, office, and industrial. Transaction experience includes permanent financing, construction loans, bridge financing and interest rate derivative products. Experience includes underwriting and closing more than 27 transactions (2,250,000 SF; over $350,000,000 in total capitalization since January 2009) while assisting other team members with the screening, underwriting and closing of numerous other successful transactions.
