BSEE, MBA, PE, LBBP A 35-year consumer electronics veteran, Mike has a long history of growing emerging technology companies. A unique combination of engineering education (BSEE), sales and marketing ability and business acumen (MBA), his vision for the company is what is motivating the team and driving the company forward. Mikes reputation in the industry has enabled ACTP to recruit exceptional talent, and also provided inroads and introductions to top tier manufacturing partners and outside talent resources. Through his extensive experience in the space, Mike has learned how to launch a new product and grow a company; more importantly, Mike has learned what mistakes to avoid. In his career, he has led product development departments, developing products that generated more than $100 Million in annual revenues; managed sales and marketing teams that generated more than $200 Million, often doubling year-to-year sales; and founded three different companies in the industry - exiting two of them through acquisitions. One of few people certified at the highest level for Crestron, AMX and Control 4, as well as many other systems, Mike is also a licensed HVAC tech and Electrician. And a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He understands the business, customers needs and the overall competitive landscape in great detail. His technical education and engineering experience combined with his consumer electronics sales and management knowledge makes him uniquely suited for this opportunity.
