Responsible for product & project management, marketing and the revenue growth of all products (Hello Bar, Impress, and SlideDeck), along with the brand development/management of Digital Telepathy. I worked with the production teams built of producers, designers and developers, to conceive and build new product features, improve functionality, and optimize revenue funnels of each product. While doing so I worked in making sure to lead the execution of project tasks, management of resources throughout the company and to hold the product teams accountable for those tasks. Handled the management and growth of marketing initiatives and products. Using methods such as blog posts, email campaigns, SEO optimizations, and social engagement. Worked to establish new partnerships to further the growth of each product with platform integrations, development of product APIs, and the creation of a causes and awareness platform.
Responsible for the development and strategy of Eventify. Aside from development responsibilities included wireframing/flow, product architecture. Set product strategy goals with the CEO to see the further development of the product. The CPO position was a management position in which entailed being responsible for the management of the products development and marketing teams working to deliver the best possible user experience. Front-End Developer builds web pages and maintains the content of FIDM's web sites, and oversees a Junior-Front End Developer to do the same. Developer works closely with producers, designers, and entire production operation. Front-End Developer is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the website, and assures that all web pages comply with standards set by the Department. Front-End Developer will educate his/her collaborators in the production chain on the technology advancements that impact and improve their output. Along side my development efforts at FIDM, I've been giving to work on many efforts outside just development. In May 2010 I started the re-architecture of FashionClub.com. And completed the development and architecture of the site within four months. Outside of deep development I partook in overseeing the social media efforts of FashionClub and driving increased traffic and gaining a new fresh users based. Over a three month period we were able to triple or social media presence. Producer is key conduit and primary point of contact for creation and execution of all content on FIDM.com. Producer takes in requests from internal clients, brings together all relevant parties, helps shape and scope requests, wireframes large concepts, and shepherds content through all stages of production from inception to completion. Producer is charged with making sure clients goals are being met and all parties issues are being heard. Therefore, Producer must ensure appropriate speed and quality of deliverables, but is also invested with the authority to push back on changes and revisions that are unreasonable or that will impact the schedule for the project at hand or other Department priorities. Producer is sufficiently knowledgeable to both enhance client requests with ideas and improvements, as well as understand how client initiatives can be served by technology and design. Producer works with Director of Web Marketing Operations and clients to envision the future of FIDM.com. As a producer I was able to head up projects such as the integration into the mobile QR space, Social Media drive, and various FIDM.edu website projects.

Working with the college to define a solid method for instituting background checks for employees in security related jobs. Developed a list of sensitive information that could be scanned for on a users computer. Performed multiple scans on personal computers along with departments for sensitive information using Spider. Further assisted in creating security policies and procedures for the university. PC repair on Dell/Apple computers throughout campus. Models ranged from GX-Inspirons models. Created and installed both Windows and Apple OSX images on computers throughout the campus and remote locations. Supported users in MS Office 2003/07, user accounts, and general technical issues. Tested multiple beta/RCs software prior to their release onto campus and remote locations. Other duties included, Help Desk/User Support, working with Norton Ghost, Magic ITS Ticket System, and preparing machines to be resold to students and the public. Researched, presented, and talked about the possible development and implementation of database reporting software to be purchased and use throughout seven counties in the state of Michigan. Deeply researched three different possible solutions for WCHO to use in the future (Microsoft Analysis Services, Dimensional Insights, and Business Objects). At the end of the internship, a present was given to a board of representatives from the selected counties on the solutions found.
