Studio CTO for two games. Designed and implemented major game systems. Implemented and analyzed statistics for improving retention, conversions, and overall revenues for individual games, and overall across Zynga shared technology. Winner of the CTO award in 2011.
Through various roles at Support.com and SupportSoft, Glade was responsible for the diagnostics engine and UI implementation of their successful Subscriber Agent and Smart Access products. These products were installed on nearly all of the Internet Service Provider installation CDs in the United States, and Scandinavia. This software was also responsible for many of the major automated solutions employed by giant organizations like Washington Mutual, WellsFargo, and Boeing in automating their help desk burden. Glade was awarded several Engineer of the Year awards.
