I've been living in 3 different countries, adapted myself, integrated and learned the local language each time in less then 6 months. I'm eager to learn, ambitious and motivated. I've been responsible for several projects in various domains such as telecom networks, process optimization, customer experience and change management. A High dynamic job where each day is different is my cup of tea. Second assignment (May - December): For the second assignment of the traineeship I'm part of the Customer Experience & Process Optimization team within the Enterprise Division unit of Proximus. The specific objectives are: - Industrialization of Managed Services - Implement a different approach towards complaint handling for the ICT market, to improve the customer satisfaction - Reduce the handling time of complaint handling for the Fix and Mobile professional market - Analyse the presales involvement for post sales activities, with as aim to improve efficiency and reduce problems
