Ralph is a highly skilled, entrepreneurial-minded leader with an accomplished professional track record of results-driven success in business development. Ralph brings with him exceptional business acumen, coupled with in-depth knowledge and an understanding of the manufacturing, mineral commodities, mortgage finance, and real estate industries as well as their broad market dynamics. Ralphs exposure to corporate business transactions in international markets such as China, Africa, and Latin America, has allowed him to utilize a broader, global perspective and to identify valuable trends and opportunities for the different ventures he has co-developed and participated in.
Concurrently with his involvement in other projects, Ralph serves as Founder & C.E.O. of Fulvic Living Products, Inc., a nutraceutical beverage Startup. To date, he has successfully led the Company through the product development and design phases and is positioned to take the business through the full implementation phase with over eight fully developed beverages and food supplement products. He will continue to provide astute product-development oversight, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of Fulvic Living.
Currently, Ralph performs his duties as Director of Business Development and Co-Founder of the American Research & Development Institute; an organization which is primarily focused on spearheading a new way of doing business in the United States via the use of new economic trade and investment models which employ patented and proprietary processes, technologies, and financial instruments. Through extensive research, an accumulation of historic and statistical data, collaborations with the Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), and the direct involvement of experts in finance, engineering, and science, a strategic plan which utilizes these highly advanced technological innovations has been developed and set in motion. This program allows for unprecedented growth through affordability to be introduced into the finance, housing, manufacturing, and energy sectors of the U.S. economy, resulting in a privately funded commercial economic stimulus program. The collateral benefits derived from this program directly affect low to median income American families by enabling and empowering them financially through affordable homeownership, affordable energy, job availability, and access to affordable financing with more flexible qualification requirements. Ralph has been involved with this project since 2010 and along with his associates, is currently preparing the company and its subsidiaries for a strategic launch of its proprietary & patented technologies into various mainstream sectors of commerce throughout the United States. Ralph currently heads strategic sales and marketing program development for the various funding mechanisms the project employs, in addition to contributing his time and expertise to the development of innovative business modeling concepts.
Ralph served as Director of Public Relations & International Business Development for 21 Eagle Global-MXM Technology, manufacturer of MAXI-MIZER Gasoline and Diesel performance-enhancement formulas that utilize a unique combustion catalyst developed from aerospace technology. Here Ralphs main focus was setting up operations in Mexico, developing sales and distribution channels throughout the Mexican market, and establishing long-term contracts with major companies across the country. Ralph re-located to Mexico for 18 months in order to develop the Mexican subsidiary and moved back to the United States in early 2012, once operations were running smoothly. Ralph currently sits on the board of directors for 21 Eagle Global-MXM Technology and continues to consult on its operations with affiliates in Mexico.
Between 2003 and 2009, Ralph founded and served as C.E.O. of Casa Camino Real Realty Incorporated, where throughout the real estate boom he developed the business into a successful multi-office Real Estate & Mortgage Company focused on assisting the Latino community in San Diego & Riverside Counties. Early on in his real estate career Ralph identified the Latino market as a demographic in desperate need of being better served; he quickly began to develop an effective program for providing educational and informative assistance to his clients prior to embarking them on the path to homeownership. Ralph developed this into a business model, which consisted of homeownership seminars, and mass television, radio, and print media campaigns within the Latino market. This market presence combined with 100% customer satisfaction oriented sales practices quickly catapulted his offices into top producing positions and began the process for building a franchise model he wished to market across the U.S. During the housing and economic crisis in late 2008, amidst experiencing the “ups & downs” of operating a business within an industry so vulnerable to external economic factors, an industry constantly manipulated by politics and by banking industry special interests; Ralph decided to shut down his Real Estate operation and embark upon the search for a new career where he could help blaze a trail for others to follow, and where he could assist in building a sustainable model for entrepreneurial growth and prosperity.
