Sean brings 25 years of startup, technology, software, systems, corporate structuring, investment capital raising, corporate strategy, and customer service experience to the team. Early in his career, he founded one of Texas' first Internet Service Providers, servicing thousands of business customers in over 20 countries with connectivity, web hosting, and web-driven application development services. After leading the successful sale of that company, Sean advised and invested in a number of startup companies, serving as lead for the fund-raising process, including authoring their private placement memoranda and organizing their capitalizations. As the co-founder of a boutique venture firm, he helped incubate several startups and consulted with numerous other companies in many industries, serving in technology, strategy, and systems/processes implementation capacities. When not in front of a computer, Sean enjoys composing, playing the piano, cycling, cooking, and delving into physics and cosmology.
