nuBridges provides software and managed services to protect sensitive data at rest and in transit, and to enable digital information exchange inside or outside the firewall with end-to-end security, control and visibility. My role is to assist the sales team and their client base in developing solutions to protect their sensitive data - PCI requirements, PII, and PHI.
Digital Resolve is committed to protecting the online channel against Internet fraud and identity theft. Currently responsible for articulating the value proposition and technical benefits of the Fraud Analyst software suite to financial institutions and eCommerce companies. I have developed a methodology for executing pilots and technical proof of concepts to maximize revenue opportunities. Designed and built demo environments to showcase Digital Resolve
Cesura eliminated costly business disruptions caused by end-user performance and availability problems. This is the time that a customer or employee isn't able to conduct business. Cesura's Business Certainty solution is focused on greatly reducing or eliminating the time spent identifying and correcting critical business applications. Responsible for all facets of the pre and post sales efforts in North America. Strategized with Executive Leadership to develop messaging concepts and marketing collateral. Administered a complex demonstration environment consisting of 15 servers hosting a Citrix deployed application and a Web based application for customer and investor demonstrations of the Cesura appliance, a Java application running on a hardened version of Linux. o Closed Cesura
Partnered with Southeastern sales team in selling the Vantage Application Performance Management product suite: Application, Server and Network monitoring solutions to enterprise customers. Worked closely with Account Managers to provide technical expertise during sales cycle via needs analysis; scoped and implemented complex POC and trials; created and presented custom demonstrations and presentations. Required technical competence in: Windows Server Administration, Linux & Unix Server Administration (Solaris, AIX, and HP-UX), Databases Adminstration (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase and Informix), Networking (Architecture and Topology: LAN, WAN, MPLS), TCP/IP packet analysis, Web Server Administration (IIS, Websphere, Weblogic).
Account Manager Consulted with various levels of management to identify projects and assess technical staffing requirements. Managed and maintained 15 consultants on 3 offsite client sites (AOL, Sprint, and Global One); managed and mentored 20 technical recruiters. Technical Recruiter Recruited over 30 information technology professionals for various consulting projects through extensive Internet recruiting, job fair and open house participation, networking and cold calling. Managed a staff of 32 consultants on various offsite projects at MCI throughout the Washington D.C. area.
