LEON NAT has served as Senior Vice-President of Operations for several Companies. Mr. Nat has an extensive background in business operations and development. From 1999 to 2004 served as Sr. VP and COO of ISN and was responsible for integration, development and operations. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Nat was North America Operations Manager for the Network and Technical Services division of Geac Canada Ltd., where he was responsible for several business units in NorthAmerica, as well as the integration of newly acquired companies to these business units. From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Nat served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Perc Technical Services, Inc., a computer related company he founded in 1989. Mr. Nat sold Perc Technical Services, Inc. to Geac Computer Corporation in 1996. Mr. Nat received a degree in electronic engineering technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology in 1982. Developed Geacs Help Desk/Call Centre division focused on large-scale enterprise accounts and the integration of newly acquired business units into the division. Built a Canadian National third party service organization providing maintenance and professional services of computer equipment, computer peripherals and high end network solutions. Sold company in 1996 to successful bidder Geac Canada Limited. Other bidders were Wang, Data General and Decision One Servecom. Provided professional services to large cooperate Enterprise Accounts, Governments, and Insurance companies in excess of 1000 users. Employed over 150 people with excellent employee retention. Refocused marketing effort and added new products ongoing to maintain market share. Perc was a pioneer in the development of the Help Desk industry in the early 90s developing new products to service the fast growing computer market.
