Having spent my adult life selling wonderful products for some of the top toy companies in the world, I was excited to learn about Lorikeet Learning and the work they want to do to help teachers help students with Special Needs. Engaged by this small entrepreneurial company to construct a scalable sales model, restructure operations and generate major account interest in the product. Developed organizational planning that encompasses budget guidelines, marketing solutions, branding, and staffing and inventory projections. Created and implemented a strategic sales model targeting major organizations for the initial launch of Isabel. Delivered presentations to both major retail and corporate entities that developed lucrative offers.
