Dan Shine served as the Executive Director of Worldchanging, defining a forthcoming advocacy platform for International and sustainable development. His most recent assignment was his White House appointment as Senior Advisor within USAID. Previously, he was President of the 50x15 Foundation, and VP of Corporate Initiatives at AMD. 50x15 created ecosystems of sustainable, profitable technology and solutions. Shine recently served as Senior Advisor to the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, chairing the Corporate Global Citizenship Agenda worldwide. Previously, he was Director of Marketing and Communications for Strategic Initiatives at HP focusing on growing the company into a recognized worldwide leader in mobility, rich digital media and security. With more than 20 years experience in multi-stakeholder partnerships, including senior roles in global development, marketing, alliances, strategy, philanthropy and evangelism, Shine has significant, demonstrable accomplishments in the evolution of hardware, software and solutions bringing together the worlds foremost technology companies.
