Why We Started This Company
We wanted to make food and baked goods that tasted just as wonderful as the average person is accustomed to when visiting a boutique establishment, yet it needed to be dedicated gluten free, to avoid cross-contamination. Gluten and casein intolerance is becoming a problem for a larger part of the population, and it was time to eliminate the inconvenience this places on affected individuals. By focusing on food more people can enjoy together, nobody feels like an outsider at the same table.
What Sets Us Apart
We value our customers as well as each other. We all passionate about the work that we do, and it shows. Also, our shop is the local community coffee house, so we host many events on a regular basis!
Our Keys To Success
By knowing that there is more than one way to accomplish something, sometimes it's best to think outside of the box. We aren't afraid to try an idea that might seem just a little bit odd! We also listen to the suggestions of our customers so that we can make our shop a place they want to spend more time in.
We opened our doors in August and have been not only serving amazing food and beverages, but we have been able to create jobs in a small town, educate people on gluten intolerance and Celiac's disease, and participate in various charity events. We try to give back to our community whenever we can!
