Sustainable Eco Agritourism Resort in Sri Lanka

Aim: Create a happy place for locals to live and foreigners to enjoy life together in a setting of sustainable agritourism and holiday.

My name is Dr. Weese . I am helping to raise funds for a very meaningful project in Sri Lanka.  This project is not mine personally , I am simply acting as a connector to help raise funds . Every sum donated will go directly towards Mr. Fernando's project described on this web site. I will keep full records and receipts . 

To help Mr.Fernando realize his life long dream  I would like to draw your attention for a little while about a very exciting project of sustainable agritourism in Sri Lanka

Hello , I am Fernando. I have been  living abroad for many years travelling to many popular  tourist destinations and working in different categories of establishments such as small hostels up to five star hotels and resorts.  Each and every nice place I have been and seen, I wish to have such a place by my own some day. I had a DREAM - it's a very special DREAM PROJECT in my mind  to improve the life of everyday people in my beautiful country of Sri Lanka to give them an opportunity to be a part of their own enterprise and work together for themselves to grow together with everybody- and I wanted to create a unique place for the world wide tourists who arrive on our beautiful island to find all the services they want to bring joy and adventure experiences.

After research I have decided to start a sustainable eco agritourism resort for Sri Lankans and foreigners alike. I want them to have luxury experiences in organic farm atmosphere, great time learning and experiencing local life styles, participating in social, traditional and agricultural projects. Live together and experience cultural interactions .

 My countrymen  are gregarious and very welcoming , they love to share their joy of living, culture, music dancing, cooking, eating together. Sit and talk to learn foreign languages and cultures.  It is still possible to live off the land in Sri Lanka, combined with modern organization, Solar energy, advanced animal husbandry and TLC.

 Tourists will be guided to natural parks and wildlife sanctuaries , they can visit temples and other important and impressive cultural world heritage sites under the tutelage of experienced guides who speak their languages. Excursions to the mountains, waterfalls and various  beautiful  beaches around the island. And so much more. 

I have been dreaming for so many years but the problem was always to find such a big capital to start with. I never made enough money to buy or build such a big project. 

I asked many wealthy people whom I knew around to be my business partners but it is INCREDIBLE and IMPOSSIBLE for most of them. But I had not given up pmy faith . I tried so many ways to generate my own capital. Went through high risk business deals, investments flatforms and international trading etc. I had some fortunes as well as misfortunes. 

I was my mother's birthday just few months ago. I called in the morning for wishing her birthday. Only thing she asked me was to come back home before she died.,,I realized that I got not much time left...  

TODAY I finalized an agreement to purchase and develop the PLACE OF MY DREAM  and I am very excited to give you details. It is a resort with 20 hectares of coconut land, luxury accomodations, 2 swimming pools , a private lake of two hectares with jet ski and boat riding. The tourism resort with sustainable agriculture and a luxury hotel with already set up fun activities like boat riding ,a cricket ground,table tennis, Badminton  and volleyball courts. Ready made stables for a poultry and livestock farms.The hotel offers  delicious locally grown foods on the ground and also a floating restaurant on the lake .Two conference halls by the lake for events, private parties and weddings. Catering and live music .Tourists can participate in agricultural activities and connect with locals .  Wellness Center of Ayurvedic treatments, natural traditional healings, yoga meditation practices.

It's over 2 million Euros investment and still I have to pay a lot for the finance institutions and for ongoing and proposed projects. I have decided to start this project because I want to make my dream happen. It's not the money I have, it's only the courage, faith and vision I am having. If you could help me whatever they way you can I highly appreciate from my heart.

*You can purchase in advance any number of  our accommodation and services  and you use it whenever you like or transfer it to a friend or family member.  [Full board accommodation per night per person from Euro 100 - Ayurvedic massage one hour for Euro 50]

*You can contribute a certain amount in the project and you will be entitled to receive  7% of yearly fixed interest rate or can be entitled to a dividend of the revenue.
