From Emergency Responder to Health Warrior

We’re Preston and Laura, a couple facing life’s toughest challenges head-on. I’m a retired firefighter and paramedic with over 20 years of service, now on a journey to reclaim my health after struggling with weight and mobility. My wife, an amputee, inspires me every day with her strength and resilience, and together we’re committed to improving our health and quality of life.

Our Vision
Our goal is to support each other in rebuilding our physical strength, wellness, and independence. This journey is about more than fitness — it’s about hope, perseverance, and being there for one another through every step. We want to share our story to inspire others facing similar struggles.

Use of Funds
Funds will be used for fitness coaching, adaptive equipment for both of us, nutritional support, and resources to help us stay consistent and motivated. Your support will help us build a healthier, stronger future — together.
