Growwee is a SPV for the cultivation / growing of Cannabis in South Africa, under legal license from the MCC.
While exploring of the opportunity, Growwee has assembled a strong team to execute the vision. This includes the management team, Growers and experts for obtaining the licenses required.
Off take agreements are provisionally in place with overseas buyers.
Land (and water) is secured in a remote location in the North East of South Africa close to an international airport, with enough hectares for expansion as needed.
Our Pharmacist (Responsible person) is secured and on board as part of the requirement of licensing with the MCC.
Our consultant’s come in to play as they have been particularly close to the MCC. Their guidance will ensure the granting of our license.
While weawait the license application, which may take sometime, there is a cashflow issue around infrastructure and operations/rollout as we plan to extend on a monthly basis by 600m2 of Growing tunnels.
It is also important to note that we are already legally cloning plants for the grow out. This is from high quality South African, Malawian and Swaziland strains. All highly regarded by the international community. These are both Sativa and Indica strains of plant. South Africa has one of the most ideal climates for the cultivation of Cannabis.
Our Early stage investor has a research license with the MCC.
