Cervais e-Risk® Mobile is a portable device that provides data security to consumers by protecting their wireless devices from cyber threats/attacks wherever the user may be, anywhere in the world.
Cervais e-Risk™ Mobile Data Protector is a portable Cyber security device that provides complete data protection and employs some of the most advanced data forensics detection and monitoring techniques available to combat and detect threats to a user’s endpoint device as well as the Internet of Things (IoT). As adversaries and their tactics and procedures continue to become more targeted, dynamic, and sophisticated, e-Risk Mobile is positioned to be the solution of choice when it comes to data protection.
The rapid evolution of IoT is exciting, but securing it has become a significant challenge for consumers and organizations in every sector. As connected devices proliferate, the attack vector grows larger and possibly less detectable. Cervais is transforming endpoint protection by being the first and only organization to architect an Advanced Endpoint Protection (AEP) system - all delivered via a small and compact mobile solution. Cervais e-Risk™ Mobile is built around a Cyber threat intelligence framework that employs our Inteli-Sense™ Analytics (ISA) engine—the core of which manages an extensive array of artificial intelligence algorithms. With Inteli-Sense™, our e-Risk™ Mobile solution applies predictive analytics to monitor and detect anomalies from all inbound attack vectors—and neutralize any threats. Cervais e-Risk uses the power of machine learning to identify, locate, authenticate, notify and protect user endpoint devices wherever the user may be, anywhere in the world.
Cervais is positioning itself as a major competitor to take advantage of the security issues surrounding both the consumer and IoT market. It’s critical that Cervais understands and responds appropriately to our customers’ cybersecurity concerns. To earn consumers’ trust, we must vigorously protect customers’ data while respecting individual privacy. From connected fridges to smart door locks, interactive toys, wireless medical devices to Bluetooth connected baby monitors, products of every type are joining the IoT. These products are simplifying daily life for consumers around the world, creating more exciting, engaging and useful products than ever before. The benefits to consumers and society are vast, and as the revolution gathers pace, connectivity in consumer products is moving from a brand differentiator, to a consumer expectation. However, the associated risks are significant, from privacy risks and spying, through to unauthorized entry to an individual’s home.
The IoT market, as we see it, is still largely undefined and not isolated to a particular sector, but spans different industries and sizes of organizations, from online retailers to healthcare systems, to financial networks, to heavy manufacturers, oil refineries, and government agencies, to identify a few. Unfortunately, IoT devices have already been compromised in major cyber-attacks that shut down utilities, hospitals, factories, and government agencies. The risks with IoT are much more than financial, and the need to protect the data on IoT devices is urgent. Our product e-Risk™ Mobile will meet that need.
Cervais is forming technology and distribution partnerships with firms in consumer and commercial markets which analysts forecast that global spending on cybersecurity products and services will exceed $1 trillion cumulatively from 2018 to 2021. With the number of data breaches and the breadth of their impact around the world, consumers and companies alike are increasingly concerned about cyber threats. We are excited to collaborate with the Crowdfunder team to accept investments from the Crowdfunder’s community of smart investors who seek opportunities to participate in the advance of a company's commercial phase.

We currently have four employees; however, we also outsource specific development tasks and closely oversee that outsourced effort. Our skills include deep learning, advanced information assurance, financial planning, marketing and industrial design. We are exactly the team needed to build Cervais.
Information assurance and Cyber Security are fields in which there are quite a few large companies and a considerable number of boutique, focused smaller companies. We acknowledge our competitors may have more and deeper resources than Cervais, however we believe the trend for each of these companies is to focus on a niche aspect of a very wide field. This leads to customers needing to purchase several products to ensure their networks, communications and data are protected. This is not only more expensive for the customer, but also can raise issues of compatibility between the various cyber security products. Our products incorporate multiple features and functions that not only address gaps in offerings of other products, but that are complimentary, offering the protection of several products into one state of the art software package or device. Combine that with ease of use and, in the case of e-Risk Mobile, portability, and we believe we have an edge the larger companies don’t have.
Privacy is becoming more and more of an issue for anyone using the internet for research, shopping, communicating or anything else. Privacy and security blunders by players like Apple, Amazon and Google have only increased these concerns. Cervais incorporates advanced encryption for protection of data at rest and in transit. So, any data on the protected endpoint or in transit between endpoints is completely protected.
RISKS & DISCLOSURES
Cervais, Inc., is a startup company with a limited history. The Company is in a pre-revenue stage with several prospective, but no current, clients at this time. As a result, without revenue, the company is not currently making any profit. Further, there is no assurance that we will ever be profitable. If you are investing in this Company, it is because you think its products are a good idea and that the Company will be able to secure all the necessary intellectual property rights to fully develop and capitalize on its products. You further believe that the Company will be able to successfully manufacture, market and sell its products.
e-Risk Mobile is still in development. We are currently in the research and development and manufacturing phases for the customer-ready prototype of our product. e-Risk Mobile is geared toward the consumer market, being an easy to use, portable and yet robust combination of secure communication access and system security. Due to its complexity and early stage of development, delays or costs overruns in the development of e-Risk Mobile and failure of the product to meet our technical requirements may be caused by, among other things, unanticipated technological challenges, difficulties in manufacturing, changes to the design, and regulatory hurdles. Any of these events could adversely affect our financial performance and results of operations.
Even if we raise the maximum sought in this offering, we may need to raise more funds in the future in order to be able to scale up manufacturing operations. The Company may need to raise more funds in the future, and if we cannot get them, we may not be able to continue. Even if we do have a successful offering in the future, the terms of that offering may result in your investment in the company being diluted because later investors might get different terms.
The Company's business projections are only estimates. Any projection or forward-looking statement regarding the Company's anticipated financial performance are hypothetical and are based on Company's best estimate of the probable results of our operations. These projections are based on assumptions which the Company believes are reasonable. Actual results will likely vary from such projections and any projected results cannot be guaranteed.
Potential Market Competition. We will compete with larger, established companies who currently have products on the market that may offer products with some of the features of our e-Risk family of products or products that seem similar to ours. Or these larger companies may have various respective product development programs for developing products similar to ours. They may have much better financial means and marketing/sales and human resources than us. They may succeed in developing and marketing competing equivalent products earlier than us, or superior products than those developed by us. There can be no assurance that competitors will not render our technology or products obsolete or that the products developed by us will be preferred to any existing or newly developed technologies. Cervais, Inc., looks to continuously improve our products and develop additional features and applications for our products to attempt to stay ahead of such competition; however, it should further be assumed that competition will continue to intensify.
Patents. The underlying software and architecture of e-Risk Mobile is currently protected by a single patent. With additional development, the Company is continuing to secure its intellectual property rights with additional patent applications. As our marketing opportunities draw us more and more overseas, we are exploring the requirements we need to address to extend our patent protection to other countries. Even with all this effort, it is possible that competitors will be able to design around our intellectual property, find prior art to invalidate it or render the patents unenforceable through some other mechanism. If competitors are able to bypass our future patent protection without obtaining a sub license, it is likely that the Company's value will be materially and adversely impacted. This could also impair the Company's ability to compete in the marketplace.
Potential Technology Failures. Interruptions or performance problems associated with our software solutions, platforms and technology may adversely affect our business and operating results.
Security Regulation. Congress and the SEC enact regulations to give companies guidelines on what is compliant and what is not. Cervais, Inc., consistently looks to our legal team and the SEC for guidance around existing regulations. Cervais is committed to providing investors with ongoing information on our operations in the interest of transparency.
