We buy secured first position mortgage notes from banks at a discount to the fair market value of the underlying real estate.

We have continuous deal flow of non-performing mortgage notes from our network of banks and hedge funds.

Our due diligence process enables us to cherry pick specific mortgage note assets that meet our acquisition criteria.

We generally expect a 6 to 18 month investment cycle from acquisition of the asset to exit.
