Company Overview

Barefoot Luxury, Inc. is an experiential travel company that operates a growing platform of international boutique resort properties.

Our strategy is to buy under-performing resort hotel operations that will benefit from capital infusion, marketing expertise and technological advancement in their reservation, pricing and yield maximization systems. Properties we look to acquire each offer unique experiences centered around activities such as scuba diving, surfing, fishing, hiking, cycling, yoga, cultural exploration, etc., catering to a more active vacation traveler. Though not exclusive, our core customer base is U.S. based Millennial consumers, age 18-35.

Our investors benefit from three key value drivers:

1.) Increased revenue driven by aggressive digital and social media marketing, highly systematized pricing and yield maximization techniques, as well as substantial experiential revenue up-sell opportunities at each destination;

2.) Increased EBITDA and free cash flow generation from use of cloud-based technology to give real-time insight into profitability, best in class operating procedures, and group buying scale to reduce costs;

3.) Appreciation of underlying real estate values by targeting resort markets where there is limited to no competition yet from major international major hotel operators.

Our goal is to acquire a diversified portfolio of resorts assets to ultimately reach revenue exceeding $100 million annually with a targeted operating margin of 20%. We see our ultimate investment exit through sale of the platform to a larger consolidator, sale to a private equity partner seeking to use the platform for greater global expansion opportunity, or initial public offering.

We believe the Barefoot Luxury brand has even further potential to be developed into a pervasive lifestyle brand signifying casual elegance and high service in all forms.
