Aperture is a Los Angeles based real estate technology and investment company. We invest in distressed residential real estate, with a strategy of rehabbing the properties before reselling them to end users (fix and flip) and lend money to smaller property investors.
We have developed proprietary technology and systematized the process of acquiring, repairing, reselling properties with over 50% unlevered IRRs produced to date. Our highly experienced team estimates that they have been involved in the closing of over $150B of real estate financing transactions, the flipping of more than 3,000 properties, the origination of more than $10B of mortgage loans and have also created proprietary technology systems for some of the largest investment banks in the world.

Aperture has systematized the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of residential real estate (“flips”) with over 50% unlevered IRRs produced to date. We have developed proprietary enterprise technology that we believe is best in class in the residential real estate investment space. Aperture is led by a seasoned team of former investment bankers, professional property investors as well as mortgage and technology executives, all of whom have spent the majority of their careers in residential real estate. Aperture is presently seeking growth capital primarily for use in acquiring properties and loans, selected by our management team using our proprietary technologies, and paying for repairs and other investment related expenses. Some proceeds may also be used to pay for corporate operating expenses.
Presently we screen more than 3,000 properties per day and we see far more attractive investment opportunities than we have capital to invest in- each 1 house purchased per day equates to approx $20MM expenditure per year. This is primarily a proprietary trading business vs a business that is dependent on customer acceptance- we only need capital and investment opportunity in order to grow our flips business.
