We started HUBSU because there isn't an outlet for consumers to have any input in the most important part of buying a product or service: the pricing. All retailers follow a take it or leave it approach when it comes to pricing. They don't factor in what the customer can actually afford. By creating a big marketplace that is catered to help consumers save money, we want to help each buyer feel more involved in purchasing the product or service. We can also help merchants by charging less fees.

Our unique service is our main success factor. By creating something new, we will attract users to our site. Once consumers understand how we can save them money, they will continue to use our site. Another key is being the first to consolidate the service industry. Instead of hundreds of independent service merchants operating their own site, we can achieve stronger economies of scale by pooling them all together. Finally, we have devoted employees who are practically working for nothing.

Our unique negotiating concept is new. No other place allows a consumer to negotiate prices with the merchant. By charging lower transaction fees, we give merchants more leeway to negotiate and provide better deals for the buyers. We have already established our company and marketing materials. To date, we have a dedicated staff of programmers and marketers helping us bring the product to market. Our programming staff have successfully created an alpha product for us to test. They are currently finishing up the second version of the website for our beta launch.
