We know there have been extensive budget cuts across the nation that deeply affect the social sector. Ultimately, nonprofits must now serve more clients with less resources. The ability to incentivize volunteerism and provide greater manpower to nonprofits is a natural win. Second, we're avid volunteers and we wanted to create a simple and engaging platform to find volunteer opportunities, invite friends to volunteer with us, and track our volunteer work.
What Sets Us Apart
The biggest key to our success is our personal experiences. We love to volunteer and know how to make it fun. We sit on nonprofit boards and understand their challenges and how technology can help. We’ve also worked inside large corporations and government agencies, giving us insight into our diverse customer base. We love what we do and why we do it. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and knowing that we can help everyone to do well by doing good.
Our Keys To Success
GoVoluntr is a unique take on the typical volunteering experience. We engage volunteers in new ways, using game mechanics and rewards to attract and incentivize all types of volunteers. But we’re also a platform that is equally beneficial for nonprofits and businesses. Our social network structure provides a great channel for cause awareness and branding for companies that care.
